This year and the next few years, they will play against each other in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference volleyball play as Fehr plays at University of Northwestern St. Paul and Howden plays for the University of Minnesota, Morris.

Karly Fehr, Jenna Howden, and Riley Decker all earned Most Valuable Player recognition by the West Central Conference. Fehr was named MVP while teammates Howden and Decker took home Most Valuable Hitter and Defender, respectively.
