The Hancock Owls beat Sebeka 43-24 on Friday, Oct. 15, in Sebeka and are now one win away from a third-straight perfect regular season. The Owls, 7-0, host Bertha-Hewitt on Wednesday, Oct. 20, in Hancock, for the regular season finale and Tackle Cancer game.
Against Sebeka, the Owls put up 21 points in the second quarter and the Trojans just couldn’t recover despite a solid game plan.
“Sebeka came out with a nice game plan and did a nice job executing that plan,” Owl coach Chad Christianson said. “This was a nice team win. We were able to see improvements on some of the things we have been working on and were also able to see some areas that we need to put some more time into.”
