Hockey: Late scores give Luverne victory over Storm

 Luverne's Rylee Gee broke tie with a third-period goal and Kamryn Van Batavia added insurance score late in the game to win 3-1 over Morris Benson Area on Thursday, Jan. 10, in Luverne.

The Storm's Taryn Picht scored early in the third period to tie the game 1-1.

MBA, now 3-14 on the season, travels to Fairmont Saturday, Jan. 12 before hosting Windom Thursday, Jan. 17, in Benson. MBA closes out next week with a second game against Windom Saturday, Jan. 19, in Windom.
