Baseball: Hancock Legion drops two to open week

The Hancock American Legion baseball team went 0-2 to start the week, falling to Brandon-Evansville/West Central Area by a score of 11-7 on Monday, July 8 and Glenwood/Lowry 3-0 Tuesday, July 9, at Minnewaska Area High School in Glenwood.

Against Glenwood/Lowry, Colton Crowell was 2-for-3 at the plate. Tanner Pahl was tagged with the loss on the mound.

No other information was provided from either game.

Hancock, now 1-7, plays Glenwood/Lowry again Thursday, July 11, in Hancock, before a make up game at Osakis Friday, July 12. Hancock will participate in District 7 playoffs next Friday, July 19.
