After beating them Monday, Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to complete the sweep of Benson in West Central Conference baseball action on Tuesday, May 21, in Benson. The Tigers won 3-2.

The Tigers tied the game at 2-2 on a Jaret Johnson RBI single, which scored Jack Riley, then Johnson scored on a balk to give MACA the lead.

Johnson was 2-for-3 at the plate, and he also worked a complete game to earn the win on the mound with five strikeouts.

Benson's Matthew Goossen had two hits and Matthew Lenarz and Patrick Minchow drove in the Braves' runs.

The Tigers close out the regular season at Lac qui Parle Valley Thursday, May 23, in Madison. They open up Section 3AA playoffs against No. 3 New London-Spicer at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at Minnewaska Area High School in Glenwood. The winner will take on the winner of game one between No. 2 Minnewaska and No. 7 ACGC at 3 p.m. in Glenwood
