BOLD's Tersteeg duo of Braeden and Hayden put up big offensive numbers in the Warriors' 14-3 West Central Conference win in five innings over Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta on Tuesday, April 30, in Morris. The meeting was scheduled to be a doubleheader, but because of the weather, the second game was postponed to Friday, May 3, in Olivia.

Already up 2-0 in the top of the second inning after an Aiden Elfering RBI single and a bases-loaded walk by Matt Moorse, Braeden hit a two-out, bases-clearing double to make it a 5-0 Warriors lead. Then in the third, Hayden led off with a solo home run to left-center.

Braeden finished the game 3-for-4 with two doubles, six RBIs and a run scored while Hayden was 3-for-3 with three runs and a stolen base.

Jack Riley provided some power of his own for the Tigers, cracking a solo home run to start the bottom of the third.

Moorse was credited with the win after striking out seven over four innings of work. Cade Fehr took the loss for MACA.

The Tigers, now 3-4, travel to ACGC for a doubleheader Thursday, May 2 then head to BOLD to play game two Friday at 5 p.m.
