Trailing 32-15 with four matches to go, second-seeded Redwood Valley scored 24 straight points to knock off third-seeded Morris Area/Hancock/Chokio-Alberta 39-32 in the Section 3AA wrestling tournament Saturday, Feb. 16, in Worthington.

The Tigers went up 21-3 after going 4-1 in the first five weights. Ethan Lebrija at 120, Dylan Rose at 126 and Jed Feuchtenberger at 132 all records pins in the early going for MAHACA. Dalton Rose at 145 also won via pin and Brady Cardwell took a tech fall victory at 170 pounds.

The Section 3AA individual tournament will get underway on Feb. 22 and 23, New Ulm.
