Sauk Centre/Melrose gave up seven forfeits and fell to Morris Area/Hancock/Chokio-Alberta, 63-15, in a West Central Conference wrestling dual Friday, Ja. 25, in Morris.

The Tigers were up 45-0 before Sauk Centre/Melrose recorded its first points of the dual as Karter Wensmann defeated Brady Cardwell by 3-1 decision in the 160 pound match.

As if the 42 forfeited points weren't enough, the Tigers won four of the five matches that were wrestled Friday evening. Of those four wins, three were via the pin as Caden Rose at 106, Dalton Rose at 145 and Gideon Joos at 152 all pinned their respective opponents.

The Tigers next dual is scheduled against Border West Thursday, Jan. 31, in Graceville.
