The Minnesota Morris swim and dive team hit the road for the first time this season for a dual with NCAA Division II's Northern State Friday, Nov. 9, in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
In the season opener Saturday, Nov. 3, against Concordia-Moorhead, senior diver McKenna Vininski had a pair of first place performances in the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions. She delivered another first place showing in the 1-meter event Friday with a total score of 170.47. UMM’s Joslyn Kent (151.12) and Taryn Longshore (123.02) rounded out the top three in the 1-meter diving evening.

1000-yard freestyle: Liz Melssen - 12:14.19 (third place)
200-yard freestyle: Caitlin Papke - 2:04.57 (second place)
50-yard freestyle: Olivia Salzwedel - 27.19 (second place)
200-yard IM: Carolyn Curtis - 2:39.19 (fifth place)
100-yard butterfly: Curtis - 1:08.87 (fourth place)
100-yard freestyle: Melssen - 59.32 (third place)
100-yard backstroke: Papke - 1:04.71 (third place)
500-yard freestyle: Tatiana Walker-Rozo - 6:10.32 (fourth place)
100-yard breaststroke: Sierra Walker - 1:18.99 (third place)
