Bryan Herrmann will permanently fill his position as vice chancellor for finance and facilities at the University of Minnesota Morris, the university said Dec. 21.
Herrmann had served in an interim role since 2015. Herrmann was selected after a national search in which two other finalists visited campus.
UUM Chancellor Michelle Behr said in a university news release that she is pleased with the outcome of the search. "I look forward to Bryan's continued leadership in support of our mission as we continue to build capacity for UMN Morris's future successes," Behr said.
The vice chancellor for finance and facilities supervises the following departments: business office, facilities management inlcuding design and construction, instructional technology and the university police.
:Herrmann is a graduate of UMM and the University of Minnesota Duluth.
