Hancock High School selects homecoming attendants

Hancock High School selected its homecoming court. Candidates are Amber Hausmann and Peyton Rohloff as selected by the senior class, Kyerra Carter and Harrison Zeltwanger as selected by the junior class, Grace Ogren and Bennett Nienhaus as selected by the sophomore class and Nadine Miller and Conner Reese as selected by the freshmen class.

Coronation is 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in the high school gym. The homecoming volleyball game is 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20. The homecoming parade is 2:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21. The parade route from the school to Hancock Co-op. The pepfest will be after the parade in the gym. The homecoming football game is 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21.

Here are the designated dress up days for Monday, Sept. 17 through Friday, Sept. 21. Monday is pajama day, Tuesday is Minnesota day, Thursday is decades day and Friday is spirit day. Wednesday is color day with specific colors for specific grades. Seventh and first grades are green, eighth and second grades are orange, ninth and third grades are blue, 10th and fourth grade are red, 11th and fifth grade are pink, 12th and sixth grade are black. The staff, pre-k and kindergarten are maroon.

The master of ceremonies for homecoming coronation are Montana Molden and Cole Reese. The volleyball and football crowners are Tory Schmidgall and Taylor Wilson. The crown carrier, flower carrier and robe bearers are Kendra Christianson, Eden Nohl, Jacoby Burnett and Tyler Cronen. Foreigh exchange student Sergi Sebastia will be escorted by Haley Mattson.
