Fair crowds enjoy circus, other free entertainment

Crowds filled the stands at the Los Moralitos Circus evening show Thursday, Aug. 9, at the Stevens County Fair in Morris.

The Los Moralitos Cirus is new to the fair this year and it is one of several options for free entertainment through Sunday, Aug. 12. The Brodini Comedy and Magic Show performs his last three shows of the fair on Friday, Aug. 10. Fair go-ers can also enjoy The Strong Man show, Animal Fest and laser tag, which all run through Sunday.

The 4-H events continue Friday with the 4-H Swine Show at 8 a.m., 4-H Dairy Show at 11:30 a.m., and the 4-H Beef Show at 2:30 p.m.

The Dacotah Bank Xtreme Bull Riding will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Stevens County Fair grandstands. The Steele River Band (8 p.m.) and fireworks (after bull riding) are also scheduled for Friday night.
