PANCAKE FEED FUNDRAISER FOR SOMEPLACE SAFE will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Old No. 1 Southside in Morris.

RESPECT LIFE BANQUET, a fundraiser for Options for Women, will be held at the Morris Evangelical Free Church in Morris. A silent auction begins at 4:30 p.m., dinner is served for a free-will offering at 5:30 p.m., and the program begins at 6 p.m. RSVP at 320-589-0300.

VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS POST 5039 & AUXILIARY will hold the annual membership dinner starting at 4:30 p.m. with social hour and the meal at 5:30 p.m. at the Old No. 1 Southside in Morris. All members and guests are invited to attend.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13

OUR SAVIOR'S LUTHERAN CHURCH FALL BAKE SALE will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church in Chokio. Coffee and goodies served all morning and a lunch of soup and sandwiches will be served. A raffle and silent auction will be held at 12:30.

FALL BAZAAR AT ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 315 South Columbia Ave. in Morris. Coffee and homemade baked goods served at 9 a.m. Soup and barbeques at noon. Bake sale, produce, plants, white elephant, crafts, and more included.

ST. JOHN'S FALL FEST will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Donnelly. Chicken dumpling soup, scalloped potatoes, BBQ sandwiches and pie will be served. Event features quilt raffle, craft items, bake sale, and white elephant sale.

TIGER MOVIE CLUB will be showing "Won't You Be My Neighbor" at 10 a.m. at the Morris Area Elementary School Concert Hall.

EXHIBIT/GALLERY RECEPTION FOR PRINTMAKER MICHAEL WEATHERLY will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Region Arts Council in Fergus Falls. His solo exhibit runs now through November.

THE SONS OF NORWAY NORSKFODT LODGE 1-590 will meet at 6:30 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Morris. The program is by Judy Burkey on the art of making quilts. Visitors are welcome.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 17

ARC BAZAAR will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the American Legion in Morris. Coffee served from 9 to 11 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Bake sale items and DAC crafts will be offered.

MAINTAINING YOUR EVERGREEN TREES Come grow with us as we discuss planting, pruning, fertilizing and winter protection for evergreen trees.
