Chad Nuest was approved as the next head coach for the Hancock girls basketball program that won the Class A State Championship this past winter. MACA Trapshooting does well at State Championships

The Hancock Owl softball team ended the regular season 13-1, going 3-1 last week. The Owls earned the No. 1 seed in the Section 6A-West playoffs and a bye in the opening round. The Morris Area / Chokio-Alberta softball team closed out the regular season 18-1 and earned the No. 1 seed in Section 3AA-North playoffs. Tiger boys win Section True Team again, girls third

The Morris Area / Chokio-Alberta Tiger boys track and field team was crowned the Section 5A True Team champions for the third time in the past four years. The Tigers won Section 5A True Team back in 2018 and 2019. Tiger track teams second at LQPV/D-B Invite

The Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tiger track and field teams competed at the rescheduled Lac qui Parle Valley / Dawson-Boyd Invite Tuesday, April 26, in Madison. Both Tiger teams finished second overall. LQPV/D-B won the girls' meet while Montevideo claimed the boys' meet.
