Tigers drop second softball game

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta dropped a second straight softball game, falling to Paynesville Thursday at the home field.

Paynesville took advantage of four Tiger errors, scoring three unearned runs off Tiger starter McKenzie Van Batavia in the first three innings.

The unbeaten Bulldogs also scored three in the seventh inning, capped by a double by Allie Stanger.

Megan Schaefer pitched for Paynesville and struck out four in four scoreless innings.
