Tigers golf at Atwater, Kolden ties for 2nd

Jordan Kolden tied for second when the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta boys' golf team traveled to Atwater Tuesday.

Kolden, Mitch McCosh of Yellow Medicine East, and Brody Gimberlin of Benson/K-M-S all shot 38. Philip Ward of Montevideo was the medalist with a 36.

Montevideo placed first at the West Central Conference South meet with a combined score of 157. The Tigers came in sixth with 189.

Jacob Zosel carded a 44, Andrew Rentz shot 52, Zach Giese posted a 55, Cody Beyer scored 62, and James Burke had a 63.
