Four skaters score in Storm's 4-1 win

The Morris Benson Area boys’ hockey team defeated Red Lake Falls 4-1 Friday in non-conference action.

Four different skaters scored for the Storm, while the Eagles were scoreless until the third period.

Tanner Picht got things going for the Storm early in the first period with an unassisted goal. Andrew Rentz put the Storm up 2-0 midway through the period on an assist from Riley Blake.

In the third period Tanner Mikkelson scored with assists from Brody Gimberlin and Mac Beyer. Then Gimberlin scored off of Beyer and Picht for a 4-0 Storm advantage.

Kyle Kennedy stopped 19 of the 20 shots he faced in the Storm’s net.
