Storm girls win on the road, at home
The Morris Benson Area girls' hockey team picked up two wins last week.

A long drive to Pequot Lakes Thursday didn't slow down the Storm as the girls skated to a 6-3 win.
Katia Vantries got the Storm on the board midway through the first period on an assist from Dani Schultz.
Just 11 seconds later Pequot Lakes tied it up 1-1.
Schultz broke the tie early in the second period with assists from Sam Falk and Dani Staples.
Pequot Lakes answered four minutes later and the score was tied again.
The Storm took the lead for good when Brooke Anderson scored off a pass from Schultz.
Late in the second period, Schultz scored her second goal unassisted.
Up 4-2 entering the third period, the Storm's Morgan DeHann scored off a Schultz pass early.
Schultz made it a hat trick game with an assist from Staples.
Pequot Lakes managed one goal to close out the scoring and make the final 6-3.
Storm goalie Brooke Falk made 14 saves, while the Pequot Lakes goalie was busy stopping 52 Storm pucks.

Park Rapids Area/ Menahga/Nevis had a long drive home after a 4-0 Storm shut out in Morris Saturday afternoon.
After a scoreless first period, Sam Falk got the Storm started just over three minutes into the second frame with assists from Schultz and Kelly Mahoney.
Sara Rajewsky increased the Storm lead a few minutes later with assists from Staples and Sam Falk.
In the third period, Sara Rajewsky picked up another goal on a Staples assist.
The final goal of the game came off of Schultz's stick unassisted midway through the period.
Brooke Falk was in the Storm net, stopping all 27 shots.
