Cougars shut out LumberJills in UMAC action

Justine Wolf and Zoe Bergstrom had a big day as the University of Minnesota, Morris women's soccer team picked up a 3-0 win over the LumberJills of Northland. Wolf had two goals and an assist and Bergstrom had a goal and an assist.

The Cougars scored two goals early in the first half as Wolf picked up her fourth goal of the season. Shortly after Bergstrom picked up her eighth goal of the season and Wolf had the assist.

As the second half began it took just over six minutes for Wolf to pick up her second goal of the match. Bergstrom had the assist on Wolf's second goal.

Saturday was the final regular season home match for seniors Rikki Beaver, Kali Cordes, Katie Kestner, Rianne Metz, and Chealsea Moody.

The Cougars are on the road this weekend taking on North Central and Northwestern. Both days the Cougars will play following the men's games
