Hancock boys defeat Underwood, CTF
Taylor Holleman picked up a double-double for Hancock and the Owls boys' basketball team beat Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount 54-44 in a non-conference game on Feb. 2.
Holleman racked up 15 points and 11 rebounds and sank two 3-pointers. Jordan Miller led the Owls with 16 points and had nine rebounds.
The following night, Feb. 3, Hancock racked up another win over Underwood, 56-41.
Jordan Miller had a near double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds. Taylor Holleman netted 16 points to lead the Owls to the win. Hancock is 6-8 for the season. They traveled to Parkers Prairie on Monday night and will host Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley on Friday. Saturday the boys and girls will play Minnewaska at the University of Minnesota, Morris in another double header. The girls play at 11 a.m. and the boys at 1 p.m.
