Storm boys win 8-3 at Wahpeton

The Storm boys scored five goals on their first six shots of the game to take a 5-0 lead and win 8-3 at Breckenridge/Wahpeton Tuesday.

Luke Schwarz, Mac Beyer, Tanner Picht, Kelly Engquist, and Riley Blake had one goal apiece in the first period as the Storm's Matt Huot shut out the Blades.

The Blades put up one goal in the second while holding the Storm scoreless.

Picht, Schwarz, and Taner Gimberlin each scored once in the third. The Blades did add two goals in the final period.

Huot ended up with 20 saves in a game where both teams put up 23 shots on goal.
