U of M president in Morris April 10

A Community Coffee featuring University of Minnesota President Robert Bruininks and his wife, Susan Hagstrum, is Saturday, April 10, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The public is invited to the "meet and greet" event hosted by University of Minnesota, Morris Chancellor Jacqueline Johnson in the Welcome Center on the Morris campus.

"We are so pleased to host President Bruininks on campus and to invite the community to this event in our new Welcome Center," says Johnson. "Everyone is invited to this 'UMM-style' informal event."

Bruininks will be visiting Morris to attend the 2010 Jazz Fest scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, April 8-10.

Joining Bruininks and Hagstrum are U of M Senior Vice President for System Academic Administration Robert Jones, and U of M Regents Dallas Bohnsack and Dean Johnson. The group will attend meetings with administrators, faculty and staff, and students, and a Jazz Fest performance.
