A westbound car on Stevens County Road 8 turned left onto Stevens County Road 9 in front of a southbound semi truck and trailer traveling south on county road 9 in a crash reported around 9 a.m. Friday, July 6, county sheriff Jason Dingman said.

There were three people in car and a driver in the semi and no one was injured, Dingman said.

The semi pushed the car into a slough on the east side of county road 9, Dingman said. The water about shin deep in the slough, Dingman said.

The Chokio Fire Department, Chokio First Responders, Morris Fire Department and Stevens County Ambulance responded to the crash.
