The Hancock Commercial Club and the Morris Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored Christmas lighting contests this year in their respective communities.

Here are photos of the top three winners in Hancock and the contest winners in Morris as first through third place were selected.

Hancock's winners: Mike and Annette Kratz, 663 Washington Ave., first place; Mike and Cheryl Miller, 759 Atlantic Ave., second place; Fred Crowell, 373 7th St., third place; Dennis and Karen Schroeder, 375 Hancock Ave., fourth place; and Phil and Kaci Millette, fifth place, 280 8th St.

Winners in the business category were: Hancock Concrete, first and Hometown Flooring, second.

Morris winners: Jason, Lynnae and Oscar Lina, 802 E. 7th St., first place; Cory and Shelley Evink, second place, 366 Minnesota State Highway 9; and Wynne Philiph, third place, 300 S. Columbia Ave.
