Area Weather: Flood concerns continue in region
Flood concerns continue for the region following the melting of all of the snow across the state. Of course, the added heavy rain this week has certainly added to the problem.
Morris received .52" of rain on Thursday and .33" on Wednesday.
Just last year on this date, the record low temperature for Minnesota for the month of March was set with temperatures dropping to 35-below zero at Embarrass and Babbit.
Believe it or not, but it takes approximately one million drops of water to make one raindrop!
