Storm hockey players skate at Summer Festivals
Tyler Hansen and Dani Schultz, both sophomores at Morris Area High School, participated in the Minnesota Hockey Summer Advanced 15 Festivals. Fellow Morris Benson Area hockey player, Sara Rajewsky, also participated in the girls' camp.
Players were selected at the Spring Festival in April. Those players participated in a weeklong training camp. The 102 players were divided into six teams which played a round robin schedule of games, attended training sessions, and classroom sessions daily.
Staff at the Summer Festival included prominent college and high school coaches teamed with current and former college hockey players to serve as coaches, role models, and counselors for each team.
