The first clinic on Tuesday, August 22 is for beginning swimmers (ages 7-11) who are able to swim unassisted in a competition pool. The second clinic, for advanced swimmers (ages 12-21), will be held Wednesday, August 23. Topics discussed will include goal setting, race strategies, and nutrition. Swimmers will work on flexibility, strength, and technique.
