Eilert and Dorraine Beyer visited with their grandchildren Ashley and Tyler Mithun of Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the home of their dad, Carter Mithun, near Starbuck, Tuesday, June 13.

Eilert and Dorraine Beyer spent Wednesday evening, June 14 until Friday at the Vernon and Kim Quaal home near Underwood babysitting Morgan, Cole and Shanda.

Thursday, June 15, a son was born to Vernon and Kim Quaal at the Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls. They named him Holden David. He weighs 8 lbs. 5 oz. and is 21" long.

Friday night Ehric Beyer and Marie Kohout of Prior Lake came to spend the week-end at the Eilert and Dorraine Beyer home. On Saturday morning Ehric, Marie and Dorraine went to Underwood to lunch on the farm at Quaal Dairy for Otter Tail County farmers. Afterwards they went to the hospital in Fergus Falls to see Kim Quaal and the new baby. Eilert Beyer and Duane Beyer joined them all later.

Ehric Beyer and Marie Kohout of Prior Lake were dinner guests Father's Day at the Eilert and Dorraine home. They returned to their home Sunday afternoon.

Eilert Beyer attended the funeral for Tom Hein on Saturday morning at the West Zion Lutheran Church of rural Hancock.

Eilert and Dorraine Beyer were Sunday afternoon and supper guests at the Larry and Jean Mix home.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Share of Apple Valley, Eileen Sach of Rosemount and Jodi Lauterlheas of St. Louis Park spent the weekend with Fran Skare.

Terry Johnson of Anoka visited Sunday evening with Mae Olson.

Jeanette Veum and Lila Estenson were visitors Sunday afternoon of Margaret and Rollin Hall at Cyrus.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Walker were visitors Sunday afternoon of Lyle Walker. He received good wishes for Father's Day by telephone from Darlene Solvie from Wyoming and also Karen Jaeck from Mapleton.

Phyllis Helgerson attended her granddaughter's dance recital June 10 at Minnetonka and she was an overnight guest of Paul Helgerson at St. Michael.

Mae Olson attended the Kensington Runestone Days parade Sunday at Kensington and later was among the guests at the Courtney Smith home at Kensington for a graduation party for their daughter, Nichole, from Jefferson High School at Alexandria.

Mr. and Mrs. Milfred Kaehler visited Sunday at the Steven and Kari Brandener home at Clitherall for Father's Day.

Mrs. Milfred Kaehler attended a bridal shower for Kayla Schmeadcka a week ago Sunday. She is the bride to be of Justin Janachovsky. The Kaehlers were also supper guests a week ago Saturday at the Janachovsky home and attended a couple's shower for Justin and Kayla.

Ray Strand spent time home with his wife and family this weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. Alan Alberts and family and Mr. and Mrs. Gary McNeil and family were supper guests Sunday at the John McNeil home.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Gades of Starbuck and Lynn Gades of Morris were dinner guests Sunday for Father's Day at the Barry Gades home. They all went to Alexandria on Sunday afternoon.

Amanda Dohlen helped Evelyn Koch celebrate her birthday Thursday afternoon.

Amanda Dohlen and Gerard Dohlen attended among many others a graduation party for Eric Johnson at the Daryl and Lori Holtz home at Andover Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Dan Helberg attended a graduation party for Brittney Lewis Saturday a week ago at the Kathy Lewis home at Alexandria. Brittney graduated rom the Jefferson High School at Alexandria.

Mr. and Mrs. Dan Helberg attended a graduation party a week ago Sunday for R. J. Lewis who graduated from North Dakota State University. His party was at the Randy Lewis cottage near Alexandria.

Minnie Amberg was a dinner guest Wednesday of Amanda Dohlen.

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Bruns attended the 50th wedding anniversary for Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Simpson Saturday afternoon at the American Legion in Herman.

Madison Anderson was a Sunday overnight guest at the Gary Bruns home. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson had been Sunday afternoon visitors at the Bruns home.

David Rosholt of Richfield spent the weekend of Father's Day at the Donald Rosholt home.

Irene Sansness attended the Women's ELCA Synod Convention on June 15 and 16 at Southwest State University at Marshall.

Mr. and Mrs. Dan Larson, Ross and Eric and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Kunde were visitors at the John Larson home Sunday in honor of Father's Day. He received a telephone call from Steve Larsen at Rushford wishing him Father's Day greetings.

Liz Braaten was among the group of Trinity women to present the presentation of Godly Women Out of History at Fairchild Resort near Detroit Lakes Tuesday afternoon.

Janelle Bright of Bertha and Mary Bright of Blaine spent the weekend at the Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bright home in honor of Father's Day.

Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Sayre attended a graduation party for their granddaughter on Saturday from high school at St. Paul Park. They spent Saturday afternoon and overnight at the Rick Ewy home at St. Paul Park.


For Saturday afternoon and supper, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Kannegiesser from California, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Kramer and children of Herman, Alan Estenson of Maple Grove and Lila Estenson were all guests at the Scott Estenson home.

Kimberly Brandt is now spending time home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Brandt.

Mr. and Mrs. Jere Ettesvold spent the weekend at the Wes and Jenny Monty home at Wayzata. There they made the acquaintance with their new granddaughter, Avery Joy, who was born June 16 at Southdale Fairview Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Petter Brandt and Kimberly, Mr. and Mrs. Dustin Brandt, Robyn Brandt, and children Mike and Mrs. Mike Brandt and Avis Brandt were guest Saturday at the Greg Brandt home at Brooklyn Park in honor of Tiffany Brandt's high school graduation.
