Help needed to move back into Hancock classrooms
The remodel and build process started at the end of May with Hancock Public School students helping to move equipment, furniture, books, and other materials out of the high school and 1960s addition of the school. This process took two days. Without their help this process would have taken two weeks. Now, as the remodel and build process is coming to an end, Hancock Public School is again asking for assistance from members of our school and community to move equipment and furnishings back into the building.
With teacher workshops and elementary open house scheduled for the week of Aug. 26, and with construction not nearing significant completion ujntil the week of the Aug. 19, we are looking for assistance to move on Aug. 22 and 23. Whether it’s for an hour or a day, any help that they could get would be greatly appreciated.
If you are able to assist with the move, please contact the school office at 392-5621. If the dates change, it will be posted it to the website: www.hancock.k12.mn.us, and send out an instant alert. Thanks for your continued support of Hancock Public School, its students, and its staff.
