SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10

MINNEWASKA SINGLES will have dinner at the Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood at 6 p.m. After dinner games at the American Legion. All are welcome. For more information, call 320-283-5612.

HEART OF THE ARTS fundraiser for the Prairie Renaissance Cultural Alliance will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Hotel 200 in Morris. Tickets available at the Prairie Arts store or from PRCA board members. Live music, auction and sweet treats.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11

THE STEVENS COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY and Museum will have its annual meeting. Social hour runs from noon to 12:30 p.m., the meal will be served at 12:30 and the annual meeting begins at 1 p.m. A fashion show program begins at 1:30 p.m. Contact the Museum at 320-589-1719 for more information or tickets.

THE STEVENS COUNTY CHILD CARE ASSOCIATION will be meeting at 7 p.m. at the Old No. 1. This month's training will be led by Heather Stefanek-Peters, Associate Professor of Psychology at the UMM. She will be presenting on how to help children cope with the loss of a loved one.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15

THE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY Morris Unit 29 invites the Morris VFW Auxiliary members to a Valentine's Party at the West Central Christian Homes Blue Room at 2 p.m. Lunch, games, and prizes.

INDIVISIBLE MORRIS will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Morris Library. The topic will be "Brainstorming Ideas for the 2018 election campaigns.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19

BRIDGES OF HOPE - a support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one, will meet on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m. at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris. The support group will begin on Feb. 19-20, meeting for six weeks through March 26-27. The content will be the same on Monday and Tuesday each week. THE SONS OF NORWAY Norskfodt Lodge 1-590 will meet at 6:30 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 200 E 5th St. in Morris Program by Judy Burkey, Alexandria, on knitting and quilts. Public is invited.

WCROC'S COME GROW WITH ME SERIES: SOIL HEALTH: STARTING FROM THE GROUND UP Gain more productivity from your garden by understanding the keys to healthy soil. Class will cover organic matter, planting diversity, rotations, and tilling. BURGERS, BEVERAGES AND BLESSINGS will be held Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Met Lounge in Morris. Sponsored by Faith Lutheran Church and First Lutheran Church of Morris. Participants will sing songs, have informal sharing, and end in prayer.

THE POMME DE TERRE GARDEN club will meet at 5:15 pm in the meeting room at the Morris Public Library. The program will be a presentation on Seed Starting. Visitors welcome.
